Hello anyone and everyone who can help!

I tried to use Printful and Printify for drop shipping and on-demand printing.
However, I ran into an issue where I cannot add multiple variants inside the respective platforms and sync them.

What do I mean by this…

What works: If I want to sell a shirt, in Black, in sizes XS-XL, I can without any issues.

What doesn’t work: If I want to sell a shirt, in Black AND Blue AND Red AND White, in sizes XS-XL, I cannot. The syncs fail on each respective platform.

With that being said, I only have Blocksy (theme) and Brizy (page builder) installed and I tried disabling them and trying and it still didn’t work, so it doesn’t appear to be a conflict with those. I reached out to Printful and Printify. Printful was completely useless. Printify said they would have their developers look into it and get back to me (still haven’t heard from them in a few days). WooCommerce support wasn’t helpful and instead directed me here, so here I am…

This feels like a misconfiguration of the API in some way, I have to believe on WooCommerce’s end if both services are failing, but I have no way of telling whether or not that suspicion is true.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these services and was able to sync not only sizes, but colors as well, without any issues?

  • Hello,

Have you tried isolating this issue by deactivating all plugins except the?WooCommerce Printify and Printful, and switching your theme to Storefront?

If I want to sell a shirt, in Black AND Blue AND Red AND White, in sizes XS-XL, I cannot. The syncs fail on each respective platform.

I’m not familiar with Printful, but if the syncs fail between WooCommerce and Printful, the issue is at the plugin that’s connecting the two platforms as core WooCommerce doesn’t come with a built-in option to connect them. I understand this is frustrating, but the best place to get assistance for your issue is the developer of that plugin.
