    I have about 8 woo-rules that run , and my website traffic is 5000 customer visits usually 100 orders processing a day. I have a dedicated server. Since using the woo discount rules plugin when customers add more than 7 items to the shopping cart .. the system freezes up and fails to load or they click check out button and it gives ” Website Critical Error ” , but if I disable all woo discount rules the problem goes away.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this problem using your plugin I run many rules so buyers are tempted to spend more.

    Are you using the latest version 2.3.9?

    with the screenshots of the rule dashboard and the settings tab so that our dev team can have a check and assist you on the possibilities.

    yes I am using latest version 2.3.9 and I am already chatting with the flycart, but I advise that you provide answers here to help many people gain answers to this issue versus having to fix the issue with each individual one on one basis. I am not sure if running so many buy x get y rules is causing this issues. I have it programmed so if customers add over 50$ in items , they get free item A, if they spend over 100 items, the second rule runs they get free item B ( where they get item A and now also item B ) and I have several rules to run ADDING more free items .. so I’m not sure if the entire logic is having to run over and over each time they add an item causing slowness / delays but I was getting Critical Error when too many things were added to shopping cart. I have hosting experts workign to help but it seems that it’s your plugin that’s causing this problem

    Thank you for the quick response. We are happy to provide the support here.

    But we may have to check the entire rule set up in order to reproduce the issue locally and provide a solution.
    It would be really helpful if you can provide us with the screenshots of your rules configuration.

    Also, since you have many rules enabled, we might need temporary admin login to check your setup and see if any other plugin conflict arises.
    That is why we wanted to create a ticket so your information and settings remain private ( this is a public forum. And each WordPress site may have different setups – plugins, environment, etc. you may want to keep this information private ).

    Once we resolve the issue via the ticket system, we are happy to post the solution in this thread so that others can be benefitted as well.
