[Plugin: WP Super Cache] How to check if “ON” mode is being used

    I’m updating a plugin I wrote and one of the biggest things I’d like to do in this update is to check whether or not WP-Super-Cache is in fact enabled, and then check whether it’s using “On” mode or “Half On” mode…

    If it’s using “On” mode (since this mode caches static HTML files of the content) I want to simply display a message to my users letting them know they may want to clear their cache in order to show their latest changes.

    How can I go about checking if WP-Super-Cache is in “On” mode from my plugin?
