Confirmed appointment times still shown as available

    I’m trying to use EA for an event on a single day with 15 appointments separated by 5 minutes. When a user makes a reservation the selected time still shows as available even after the administrator has confirmed the appointment.
    Obviously this is going to lead to a mess as multiple users can select the same time slot!
    Maybe I have misunderstood something. All help greatly appreciated.
