Can the speed be altered ‘slow in’ of each slide?

Hello, thanks this is a good plugin which doesn’t have the conflict problems that many others have.
But, it doesn’t have any adjustment to allow the slides to arrive gracefully, they rush-in from the right side which is too abrupt for my client’s sites. I tried changing the two speed control figures, in the Navigation and Autoplay tabs, but they only affect the length of time each slide remains on screen after it’s raced in from the right-side. Can the slides be made to move slowly across the screen?
