HTML() and LINE() shows in contactform

    When you fill in some quantities and click on the button send.
    The contact form is filled in.
    But next to all the right quantities you also see things like below:
    Date
    HTML (3)
    Line (4)
    Aantal personen diner 0
    HTML (13)
    Aantal personen feestavond 0

    Total: € 0`

    Of course I doesn’t want to display HTML, Line, etc. How can I dissable this?
    In the backend I have hide ‘Zero Values in Total Summary’.
