Favicon not showing on MacBook Pro or with wrong color

Hello,
Our favicon is coming up on the tabs on a new MacBook Pro in a cyan color when it should be more of a deep red color, and on the main bookmarks page, it is not showing at all. I tried contacting the plugin directly, but never received an answer and the problem is persisting. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated. The browser is Safari.
