Cart is getting empty after adding products

    Hi

    My website is hosted in siteground, i am using SG optimizer plugin for year now with no problems, also i am using cloudflare free version (nameservers are on cloudflare with A record to siteground)
    Since yesterday i am unable to add products to cart, they are added and suddenly disappear, siteground technical support tried to help but they didnt solve it
    Any idea what is causing it or how can i debug and find the solution

    Hi @itaybeeri,

    I was able to add the product to the cart and get to the checkout page to complete the payment. It doesn’t seem the product was removed from the cart:

    Have you managed to resolve this issue? If not, can you tell us which product is causing this strange behavior?

    Problem solved
    There was something in htaccess that was causing the trouble (not sure what yet)
    once removed – solved
