Problems with Uploading files to Library

  • Hi all,

    a have a problem: when i want to upload files to Library (with WordPress) i recive a Error:
    “Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/a2872239/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1948

    Unable to create directory /public_html//wp-content/uploads/2010/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    what i should do?
