Button problems

This is more related to theme than to plugin.

But i have bug problems with <button> – because blocksy add styles to it.
Other plugins that use <button> do not work as expected.

For example: Getwid Slider Block – arrows and dots use <button> – and this styles collide with blocksy styles.

My suggestion is to remove all <button> styles from blocksy
And even from pseudo (:after, :before) and from .button.

Don’t like, but maybe add a option to load extra styles for buttons – to make it more compatible to old version…
