label of chat transcription email and subject in french

    Hello

    Is there a way to change the label of chat transcription email please? currently the user receive an email sent with the name “WordPress” (even if the email adresse is correct).
    I would like to put the name of the site to avoid confusion to the user.

    In addition, I would like the change the subject of this email because it is not properly set (a space is missing between 2 words). I thought it could me a problem of translation but I cannot find the translation string in the PO
