I’ve included a Gravity Forms “File Upload” field in the list of Enabled Fields in GravityExport Lite v1.9.3. I would expect that a URL or link column would be created in the Excel output. However, these fields/columns are not included in the Excel output.

    Am I missing something?

    Thank you.

@gb24 hmm, that should happen. Do you have any hook overrides active for this plugin to disable or enable fields?

A did you save the settings after adding the field and before hitting download? (Just making sure).

Otherwise please export your form as a .json file and send it to [email protected].

@gb24 In addition, can you provide the system status page from Gravity Forms? This can help with reproducing the bug. Thanks!

Is case anyone find this; You need to save the general settings of Gravity Export once. This will be resolved in an upcoming version.

@doekenorg : I sent my form’s .json export and GF system status report to [email protected]. Please check you spam/junk if you don’t see it.

    Thank you!

@gb24 thank you. But I think your answer is my previous comment on the settings. You need to save that page. Even if the setting is correct.

@doekenorg I don’t have any hook overrides to disable or enable fields. And I did save the settings before clicking Download.

I also tried removing the File Upload fields from “Enabled Fields” then saving. Then adding them back to “Enabled Fields”, then saving.

@gb24 there are two settings pages. One on every form, this is the one with the enabled and disabled column.

The second is for the plugin itself. this is the page you need to save.

In the menu bar go to: forms > settings. In the left menu you will find gravity export as wel. This is a page with more generic setrings, like splitting multi column fields (highly recommend). Please save those settings once.

It should work after that. Sorry for the confusion.
