• CC settings link has disappeared from the admin screen. It was there for awhile and I could access the setting and was able to enter acct. info etc… The widget still displays on the site in the sidebar but the listing on the left in the dashboard is gone. If I go to the widget dashboard and click on the setting link I get an error message that I do not have authority/permission to view the page. I’m logged in as admin…I have uninstalled/installed it several times to no avail and I uninstalled/installed under another admin acct. I setup when I first setup wordpress. I am able to install other plugins, the CC plugin is the only one I’m having issues with…

  • This plugin does not have any user permissions other than what is provided in wp by default, it’s basically your an admin and can access it or your not an admin and cannot access it.

I don’t think this is a bug in the plugin, it’s more likely going to be your wordpress install or some settings somewhere.

What wordpress version are you using?

If this is a fresh install you could try deleting the database and re-installing wordpress but other than that I’m not sure sorry.

If you receive the “You do not have permission to access this page” message but are logged in as an admin, it likely means that the plugin has not been activated. Make sure that the plugin is activated on the Plugins page.

The plugin is activated and initially I was able to access the settings, but at some point it disappeared. The issue only affects CC…odd.

    Thanks
