    Waste of time, misleading and hard to uninstall. Had to manually remove it from the server while it was downloading my products on another website and started a 14 day trial for no apparent reason.
    Worse than adware.

    It also subscribed me on a mailing list and now I cannot find where to remove myself from it.

    It is clearly noted on our listing in bold letters:
    “Note: WooCommerce Search Plugin by Fast Simon is FREE for stores with up to 200 sessions, and offers affordable paid subscriptions for larger stores from $39.99/month. There is a 14 days trial period where you can experience all of Fast Simon premium features.”

    So we are not sure what is misleading here, but happy to get any constructive feedback.

    Our plugin is a cloud hosted SaaS product. As such, it syncs with your store, and downloads your product catalog info so that we can provide you with search, merchandising, personalization and other services. As such it is a subscription.

    Please contact our support at [email protected] and let us know what is your WooCommerce store URL, so that we can help. Also, please send your email, so that we can delete you from the onboarding and product emails.
