Ok, but has some issues with functions & support

The plugin is good, and the functions are excellent, but unfortunately not all of them work properly. And support seems to be non-existent, even with the Pro version I’m using. Shame really as the support often is the key to a good plug-in, so I might need to look elsewhere, even though I’ve paid for the Pro version!
