Few question and compatibility with your Refund and exchange plugin

    HI,
    First of all the plugin works like a charm for me. Thank you for creating such good plugin. Really appreciated.

    1) I have been using your plugin for wallet for giving credit to my customer for return and exchange on orders. I am really interested in your Refund and exchange plugin, is this will be fully compatible with this one?? Like once i approve the refund, it will add money to that customer account automatically??

    2) If the order value is greater than the wallet amount, it will be used as a coupon code(that’s perfect). How can i automatically check the checkbox rather than manually clicking on it. It kind of add one extra step also usually customer wants to use all of the wallet money first(like amazon) So manually adding how much you wants to use is an extra step. Can it be simple like checkbox turn on by default(with all the money in the wallet to be used).

    Thanks for your kind words and great appreciation, we are trying our best to give what best we can!

    1. Yes our wallet plugin is compatible with the WooCommerce RMA for Return, Refund, and Exchange Pro version only, and yes once you approve the refund from the RMA plugin, it will add money to that customer account automatically.

    2. No right now we don’t have so, we have given this functionality so that users can use the particular amount as a discount during checkout.

    HI,
    Thanks for responding back. Just a suggestion, if the coupon value is already lower than the total product amount, the customer would never think like okay, let me use some value(not the whole amount) from the coupon amount and remaining I would pay via card or some other mode. It will be tedious and add complexity. I believe the whole point of wallet is ease of use.
    Maybe you guys have some other use case in mind which I am not getting it. Can you please let me know or help me with some snippet that I can paste to have that functionality, I believe that would not be too hard to do. I would really really appreciate it

    Thanks for coming back to us!

    Yes we have different mind while creating this functionality, we think that client can may take a discount on some other order or can choose a particular amount to be discounted or can save the wallet amount for any future order as in this scenario we have to make the client authority to choose his scenario in your case client doesn’t able to choose any amount, so right now this is not possible in the plugin, we can check the possibilities to do so in our plugin but after customization, you’re not able to update the plugin further.

    HI,
    Thank you guys for the reply. I would really appreciate if you can help or provide me with the custom code that you are talking about so that i can integrate it seamlessly with the RMA plugin. My usecase is simple only. I provide amount in wallet against my return order. So its basically like amazon/paytm wallet, the coupon amount will be auto select with the total amount applicable.

    ++ it will be like a simple checkbox only. Toggling it will add/remove wallet amount

    We have internally discussed it with the team and our team has added your suggestion in the roadmap of the plugin update, we are going to update this feature for all of our clients in the upcoming update so you will find it there after the update.
