Index Page and Admin Login

When I go to my site https://www.theencrowd.com it goes to a page that says Index of/ and then a hyper link on the word wordpress. When you press the hyper link it takes you to the homepage. I’m trying to figure out how to change that and log into the wordpress admin page to make changes on the template
