Unable to see categories when setting up feed

    I’m using a knowledge base theme by Hero Themes (https://herothemes.com/support/knowledge-base/knowall-theme-documentation/) and it appears to not use the default ‘category’ taxonomy for the article categories. Because of this, I’m unable to syndicate feeds to a given category on my site, which is exactly what I want to do. I’m sure there’s a simple way to fix this in the plugin editor but since I’m a n00b with PHP and editing plugins, I’m not 100% sure what the modify. The theme uses ‘ht_kb_category’ instead.
    Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
