  • Hi @silvo37 – our Stripe plugin is an on-site payment gateway, so any information entered in pertaining to the payer information is taken directly on your site, tokenized, then stored within your Stripe dashboard. We don’t currently have the option to instead use an off-site payment method with this plugin, but I can assure you it’s a very safe method of payment.

Thanks for a reply Joey but Im not sure if we understand each other.
What I meant is, if it is possible to basically simulate redirect behavior.
Like if the payment gateway doesnt support inline, only redirection.
Im saying simulate because customer would stay on the same domain it would just look like he was redirected for entering payment details.
Because for some reason, in my clients country redirecting payment gatewayes has higher conversion rate than inline gateway.

    Hey @silvo37

To clarify for you the Stripe plugin would not support any type of page redirects and the only option available for a customer to enter card details would be directly on the WooCommerce sites Checkout page.

It may be possible to have a developer create a custom solution for WooCommerce that would generate a new payment page the customer would be taken to and which would list all available payment gateways for the site.

If you would like to investigate that possibility further, you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via the link below.
