3.0: Where’s the JW Flash Player?

In version 2.9 the JW Flash Player was added by default and showed up above the regular text field when creating a post or page. Now the blue player symbol is missing… Is that a beta issue or do I have to manually add a player as a plug-in (as it used to be before 2.9)?
