  • Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

Please test the deliverability of your emails with this service:?https://www.mail-tester.com. It will generate a unique email address for you. You should then send a review reminder to that address and check the score of your email. Please let me know the score and share the link to the results page.

    Hi,

From what I see, you can add more content to the Email Body to improve the deliverability.
    – Add more text
    – Add the alt attribute to the image tag

    <img src="https://docs.google.com/" alt="image-content">

Then create a new testing order and send the reminder again. Let me know how it goes.

    Hi,

Ok, that’s good. Can you please confirm that you will receive the invitation email after sending the review reminder? And the automatic reminder still works?

    (@sergiom87)

That is the problem, those emails for review are not delivered.

If I make a test, that one is delivered, but that’s the only one.

    Hi,

Does it work for ALL new orders? For the past orders, you can try to re-send the reminders manually.

You can also try to add new orders from past orders content and send reminders.

It’s for all orders, even though I send the manual reminder, it is not delivered.

    Hi,

Please do a test with a new email address from some well-established email providers (like Gmail). It is possible that the current email provider blocks emails for some reason.

I changed to aother email with same domain but I use g-suite, it should work.

Could it be related to wordfence?

In this case, unfortunately, I cannot connect with you via email to arrange for access to the website to check the issue because email support is available only for the Pro version.

As an alternative, can you please record a screensharing video demonstrating how you are trying to create a WooCommerce order, send a review reminder, and then nothing arrives to your mailbox? Before recording the video, please make sure to deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a standard WordPress theme. When the video is ready, please post a link to view it here.

Hi, I deactivated wordfence and tried again. No luck, emails do not arrive.

I ca make a video, but I would rather not show my personal info such as emails publicly. Can you provide an email so I can send the video?

I have other websites where the config is exactly the same and it works flawlessly. Can you guys check if my domain is blacklisted on your servers or something like that? This worked in the past.

I tried searching my shop on cusrev.com and can’t find it.
