Does this plugin protect email addresses and phone numbers in PDF’s?

I’m using the Email Encoder plugin to protect email addresses and phone numbers on our website and it works great. However, we have placed our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy into downloadable PDF’s on our website and I’m wondering if there is a way to protect the email address and phone numbers inside of those PDF’s?
