    Hi

    Is it possible to create a function to trigger email customer notes only when two notes are added to the order?

    We automatically receive two notes from our system, which has an interval of seconds between the two notes… and two separate emails are sent, almost at the same time.

    This has caused problems with not viewing emails.

    Is it possible to create a rule to trigger the customer notes email when two notes are added to the order?

    So I believe that we would avoid the problem of the customer receiving two simultaneous emails and not realizing it.

    Hello,

    You may want to check out AutomateWoo – which sends emails based on workflows you create with different triggers (trigger can be restricted to order notes which contain certain keywords.)
