    Hi!

We are wondering if it’s possible to weigh the search results based on how good they match the search term?

For example if the search term is “elin”, currently we get matches such as “AngELINa”, “Simon WELIN” etc before people with a 100% match on the first name, for ex “Elin Ericsson”.

Hi, not that easy. Not everyone wants the same behaviour. A future release may have a more customisable search where one could say which fields to search

It may help that I’ll have an update up soon that will let one search “Elin” (with the doublequotes) and only the users with a field that has just Elin will show.

Double quotes also being used to search for a phrase instead of an ‘OR’ of 2 words.

I see, thanks a lot for the answer!

    Update went up.
Use “Elin” (with the double quotes) to search where field only has Elin
Use elin -stuffyoudontwant to exclude records that have stuff you don’t want.
