    Hi @quintinm

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Could you try to use 0.3 MB instead of 0,3 ?

This is a reported situation and I hope we can release the improved version soon.

    Hi Patrick.
Same result, i did try it before – it has the same error “At least one field must be filled out to submit the form.”

    Hi @quintinm

    Thanks for response!

It would be good now if we could test the form. Would you, please:

    1. share an URL to the page with the form in question on your site (so we could give it a try there)?

    2. export that form and share exported file with us (preferably upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive or similar location and post direct download link in response)?

We could then test the form better and, hopefully, it will help identify the cause of the issue.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi @quintinm,

I see that you are still using 0,3 instead of 0.3 as the Filesize limit and this is causing the issue. Can you please fix that and check if you still notice the issue?

Please find the export of the working form here: https://pastebin.com/EKUF4CN0

    I hope that helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi @quintinm

    Thanks for response!

I’ve just tried to submit the form from your site (here https://huntersoflight.co.za/edit-my-raw-file/) and it seems it worked fine. I believe you should see my test (from “adam wpmu” with an image named “test-avatar”) submission on your site already.

I’ve filled in all the forms as all were marked as required and attached a 20KB jpg image to it.

Should I test it in some different way? Try to attach some specific size or type of file to replicate this?

    Please advise!

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi, thanks for the input.
It works fine except when the file is over 300k ??

If it is over 300k, the error is there
“At least one field must be filled out to submit the form.”

    Hi @quintinm

If it is over 300k, the error is there
“At least one field must be filled out to submit the form.”

I made a research in our system and it seems this is an issue on our side. Basically, in the previous version there was an error saying “Error saving form. Upload error.”, and on the new version we have “At least one field must be filled out to submit the form.” This is already reported to our developers and we have plans to support this error message so that it could be custom in the future when file weight is above the setup limit.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hello.

Ok, so the upload works, but the error message is wrong.
How do i sort this out in the meantime?
Where in the plugin code can i change that?

    Hi @quintinm

I checked it but I am afraid we don’t have any quick solution for it, I can see our developers are already working on a fix and we included your ticket as an extra report, we can’t give an estimated time to release it.

I pinged our developers to verify if this could be included in an upcoming plugin update.

Please, keep eyes on the plugin updates.
