How to change text in a generic theme

You’ll probably just need to edit the header.php file. However, it would help us if you’d tell us what exactly you want to edit, what theme are you using, a link to your blog, etc.

Please help. Are there special instructions for my theme, Web-World-25. I would like to edit the Header, but I cannot find any examples in the forum that will help. I tried Dashboard, Appearance, Editor, StyleSheet, Header.
My website address is https://www.MasterCurrencyTrading.com. I need to make my font size smaller and remove the Pie Logo from the top. At my wits end.

Yes I was trying to edit the Header. BlueHost helped make my website re-appear.

Can someone tell me what are the worst plugins, ever? The ones that everyone should stay away from? I’m using WordPress -3.0 beta 2.
My theme is Contrast Style 1.1.
