I’ve followed the instructions on deactivating the plugins but still can’t login.

I think my problem was caused by redirecting my domain to a new domain name (www.old.com to https://www.new.com), but I’m not sure. Can anyone help?

If you didn’t change the URLs at Settings/General before changing the domain, you’ll have to change them in the database.
