Create Custom Menu dashboard

Hello everyone, everything good? I’m creating an integration plugin for Tutor LMS community with Payment Split but I’m having difficulties with hook to create a new menu item, I followed the documentation on your website to create a new menu item but it doesn’t say how to load the template of my new menu item, would you guys have any tips for me to load this time new menu item with the template?
