WP Admin Bar Disappears when the plugin is active

The contact bar is created to show on front end. In your case I assume you are using the preview mode of your website. This is why you see the contact bar above the admin bar and I assume this depends on your theme.
Unfortunately nothing I can help with.

Im using the Twenty Sixteen Version: 2.5
By the WordPress team theme on my site but im not sure what do you mean by
“using the preview mode of your website” ?

im updating my site with your plugin and updating it and then i go to another pane in chrome and refresh my page and then it looks like the screenshot where it covers the hole admin bar head section.

Do i need to change anything here in the admin part of the plugin ?

When the contact bar covers the WordPress admin bar, you are logged in. Please log out and you will find the contact bar without covered admin bar.

Hi thanks again for your help but when im logged out or in does not matter to the
visable contact bar over the admin bar, it still covers everything,

when im logged out it shows the contact bar BUT when i logge in again i cant the anything else BUT the contack bar = not the admin bar…
perhaps this plugin does not fit with the
theme “Twenty Sixteen Version: 2.5 By the WordPress team”

Then restart your computer

thanks for your suggestion and yes i have cleared all cache, cleared browser data and tried to restart my computer without any change…
