Hi @jarokal!

If it’s not showing the Analytics dashboard, there may be a conflict causing this.

If it’s showing no information, try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then check again the analytics report.

If it’s still not working, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from importing.

If that still doesn’t get the data to appear, or if you can’t get to the dashboard at all, it may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

This is a bit strange, please download and install the standalone WooCommerce Admin plugin and see if that resolves the issue.

I hope that helps but if it doesn’t, kindly share the following to narrow it down a bit further:

• System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Hi @jarokal,

Thanks for sharing with us your System Status and error logs.

Do you have any custom PHP code saved in your functions.php file? When checking your error logs it appears that you have installed the WooCommerce Balíkobot plugin which is no longer under your active or inactive plugins, so I assume you removed it. It can be possible that this plugin caused some issues, and what I recommend doing is the following:

1) Make a full backup of your site and database using UpdraftPlus.
2) Access your site via FTP and delete the woocommerce folder under the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
3) Download a fresh copy of WooCommerce from this URL and extract/upload the woocommerce folder to the same directory via FTP.

Let us know how that goes.

I have exactly the same issue. I am using Elementor Pro and Hello Theme with a Child.

This issue is still present with all plugins disabled. I have no custom functions active.

It’s missing from the menu and when I go to the old reports and click the link to the new reports it just loads a blank page with nothing showing.

I have tried completely removing the Woo plugin and installing fresh as mentioned above but no luck.

Weird as it works fine on my other sites.
