Mailpoet not tracking opens

There are two reasons why you might not see the detailed stats:

1) You don’t have a Premium plugin installed and activated. You need to have both MailPoet 3 and MailPoet 3 Premium plugins installed, active, and updated to the latest version to have access to Premium features.

2) Ensure that the Open and click tracking feature is enabled in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab.

Hello and thank you for your timely reply. I actually confirmed that premium 3 is installed and activated. I also confirmed that the tracking feature is enabled. I checked both of these prior to submitting the ticket. See screenshots below to confirm. On the third image I listed, you’ll notice that the open tab that was once there is no longer there, and one cannot see the list of each subscriber with their open rate – again, something that was there before. What would you recommend I do next to troubleshoot this issue?
