    Hello,
When there is no review on a particular product, the plugin shows users a “No reviews yet” message and displays a review form for the users. But when a guest user leaves the first review on a product, they are redirected to the single product page they were on. But it doesn’t show them any message like, “Your review is currently awaiting for approval.” Instead, only a search box and a filter option appear which feels like a bug to me. Here’s the picture of it: https://ibb.co/PQb8CK0

Here’s what I want. When a guest user leaves a review and it is sent for an approval, I want the user to be redirect to the page they were in with a message like “Your review is currently pending.” I do not want the search box and the filter to be shown to them anymore. Is it possible with the plugin?

Another thing is that the registered users currently do not need their reviews to be approved first. But I’d like all the reviews to be approved first, regardless of whether they came from a registered user or not. Is it possible?

    Thank you so much!

  • Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

Currently, it is not possible. But I will inform the development team to support showing the pending review for the user and hide the search form if there is no review approved when the option Lazy Load Reviews is enabled.

the registered users currently do not need their reviews to be approved first. But I’d like all the reviews to be approved first, regardless of whether they came from a registered user or not.

You can go to Reviews > Reviews to approve all pending reviews.
