    Hi
In my product category, when I click on tags to show the products in this tag, or search for a product name, it brings up all the products in that category instead.
(Or maybe the whole product because I only have one category at the moment)

For example, the linked product (product) is in category (category), and in tag (product-tag link) which i have just 4 products in this tag. But when I click on the product-tag or search for the product-name, it shows all the products in this category.

  • Hello,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    its resolved

For those who are dealing with this problem

This problem may be due to the use of the wrong archive widget in the design of category pages.
Use other similar archive widgets (and the default template widget) to resolve the issue.
