Name and Email id are not capturing

    Dear Team,
    I was using this plugin and everything are capturing perfectly except of Name and Email id. Kindly help

    I went over to your store, but it seems that CartBounty has been disabled on your store. Could you please make sure that it is enabled and I can take a look one more time.

    I just left a test abandoned cart on your store. Could you please check if you do not see email or name saved now in the abandoned cart table?

    Yes, I can see your entry, but why I don’t know when I’m trying, email and name are not capturing, plz check again

    Here is what I suggest you to do:

    1. Open up a new Private browser window or Incognito tab
    2. Add any product to your shopping cart
    3. Go over to Checkout page
    4. Enter your email address
    5. Enter your name or your surname

    Now check if you have saved your abandoned cart in CartBounty.
