Admin Panel Sidebar & Logo Appearence

  • Hello Everyone,
    I have two questions .
    The first is How can i remove the sidebar in the admin panel which is appearing when i write a post or anything else?
    The second question is the picture of a logo which is appearing when you send link of a website to someone else , in chat for example. How can i rechange that logo?
    I use the PenNews theme .
