Policy doesn’t show, empty page

    I noticed that the Cookie Policy and Terms & Conditions have dissapeared from their pages. The pages are now empty and show no text content.

    I don’t know why the generated texts are not showing. I ran trough the wizard again and it did not fix teh issue. I purged my cache already.

    How can I make the Complianz texts appear on the pages again?

    Hi @maskinluxembourg,

    Could you try adding the shortcode to the page manually? For the Cookie Policy (EU), you can use [cmplz-document type="cookie-statement" region="eu"].

    If you use the Classic Editor to do this, make sure that you’re using the “Text” tab. Schermafbeelding-2021-11-22-om-09-32-07
