All Instructors (R?le Tutor Instructor) don’t receive Notifications

    Hello,

    Tutor LMS Pro Version 1.9.12
    Tutor LMS Version 1.9.11
    Problem : All Instructors (R?le Tutor Instructor) don’t receive Notifications, when :
    – Newer Student is enrolled in your Course,
    – Student have finished is Lesson,
    – Studend responde to the Quizz.

    The Admin or Author receive correctly these Notifications.
    The Student receive correctly these Notifications.

    Configurations
    [tutor_settings]
    E-Mail to Teachers
    – A Student Enrolled in Course
    – A Student Completed Course
    – A Student Completed Lesson
    – A Student asked a Question in Q&A
    – Student Submitted Quiz
    – Student Submitted Assignment
