Log in/Backend

I’d like to use a single image that is a button (when NOT logged in) that says “Login” on the top half and says “Backend” when already logged in.

Any ideas?

I’m thinking that the solution is something like:

if logged out;
$show this image/css style

if logged in;
$show this image/css style
