I noticed on Google PageSpeed Insights that my site is especially slow to load on mobile, and when I investigated further it seems that the culprit is “Properly size images”.

In each case the images are the thumbnails used in the Post Grids I have on the page, which appear hugely oversized. Is there a setting in the plugin I should set where I can stop this happening? It is adding 6.3 seconds of delay to my page load time!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
You have to change the image size according to your grid. To change image settings go to “Blocks Settings > Settings > Image > Change Size of the image”

We also recommend use Srcset to get better performance to the mobile/tab device.
“Blocks Settings > Settings > Image > Enable Srcset”

    THanks.

    Hello Anik,
Post Grid #4 does not have an option to change the image size, but Post Grid #2 does. Is this a bug perhaps?
    Thanks.

    Hi @welshgolfer,

Yeah, It’s true. Post Grid #4 has no image size option. I will inform our development team, hope they will take care of it.

    Have a nice day.
