33 out of 12 answers: Retaking quiz saves old results –

    When a user has taken the quiz before and returns to the page, QSM saves the last results – so it says
    “Thank you for submitting your answers. You have gotten 33 out of 12 answers right.”

    How do we hide this – make it so it only shows the current quiz results?
