Picture title in Gutenberg-gallery with Hamilton-Theme

Hi there,
I am building an artist portfolio with WordPress 5.8.2 and the wonderful Hamilton-Theme of Anders Noren. Everything works fine except from the Gutenberg-gallery.
I have two problem:
1. The picture titles don’t appear if I hover over the pictures like in this example (https://janna-art.de/). Instead they stick directly in the pictures at all times (https://www.kunstraumtaso.com/kuenstler/liana-nakadshidze/). How can I change that?
2. If I call up the website the gallery pictures don’t move in time-delayed as on the example-page (https://andersnoren.se/themes/hamilton/) How do I achieve this elegant effect?
