plugin options support

Please, help to understand iа that is all possible within the plugin functionality.
1. will it be supported for tours: partial payment and linking tours/conditions to different payment systems

2. will it allow to integrate without any misfunctioning the agent module https://woocommerce.com/products/sales-agent-for-woocommerce and the WooCommerce currency converter module https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher
