How safe is a updraft backup?

    Hello.
    We have a support problem with our webpage and the vendor of the Theme say we should give a backup of the pages over updraft plus.
    Is this save for us?
    Or give we him the account informations, login.data, access to the .htaccess file, …

    Hi Robert,

    I am not sure if I fully understand the question but I think you are asking if it is safe to provide the support team a copy of the UpdraftPlus backup? It is not really advisable to provide the backups to anyone unless they are someone that you trust or is trying to help you out fix an issue on your website.
