I’m having a big problem with my woocommerce that just started recently. When I go into my products page and add a new product — the information at the bottom of the page – where you put in the price and sku and stock quantity — that information flows to ALL the other products.
For instance – I added a product with price 7.99 and no variations. All my other products then updated to that same info. But they did not publish that info – so it was correct online – but on the backend – on the product page – it showed everything wrong. It lost all the previous information about stock, sku, price, variations.
I tried making copies of the product – and when I did — the product information re-appeared! But then, when I added a picture to the image gallery (and updated the page) – the product reverted back to having the other (wrong) INformation. Also it was live online. The other weird thing is that the slug even updated to the previous product!

I went ahead and reverted the product back to draft (so we don’t confuse customers with the wrong price).

I cannot figure out what is happening! Please – can anyone help?

Added information: Also the product that I added (the 7.99 product) — when you click on the link — it goes to the OTHER product!!! ITS ALL MESSED UP.

https://www.mountainmat.com/shop/set-of-four-5-5-sand-stakes/ (this is the new product — which now bizarrely points to the other product that got updated with the 7.99 price!!!)

    Hi @jennifer21,

That’s strange! Usually, this kind of problem is caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    Thanks.

Hopefully, you were able to find a way forward with the issue – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
