This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Before you start:

First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

Hello there,

i customed my site by elementor if i disable it will effect on appearence of my site or not?

Yes, this is correct, any design created will not be displayed.

Please be advised that Elementor is not covered in this forum. For issues related to Elementor plugin I can recommend reaching out to Elementor support team here: https://elementor.com/support/

@ihereira

The problem is not related to the elementor only. There are other content that shows the same error when i click on it, such as creating a post. Therefore, the problem is related to moving the site to another server.

Hello @reda1993,

As earlier mentioned, this error is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Did you already try the conflict test as suggested by @oaoyadeyi?

For ease of reference, I will mention the steps to follow below:

1. Temporarily switch to one of our default themes, such as Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) to ensure that this isn’t a theme compatibility issue. Once you switch themes, can you check and see if you can create a new page, and all works as expected?

2. If not, we also recommend deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and Elementor to see if this resolves the issue at that point. If it does, then you would need to activate all other plugins, one at a time, to see if you can find the conflicting extension/plugin.

For a full guide on conflict testing, please see:

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

Cheers.

Yes,I’ve tried the conflict test and The problem is in the woocommerce plugin itself and also in the dashboard of admin i find in the woocommerce status This error so the problem is in the woocommerce plugin.

Hi @reda1993! Can you please deactivate all other extensions, and keep only WooCommerce and Storefront active? In that state, please recreate the errors you mention above, and provide us with some screenshots so that we can investigate what’s happening.

Either upload the screenshots to your media library and share the direct links with us, or use a service like Droplr or CloudApp and share the links with us here.

If the specific page URLs are not visible in the screenshots, do provide them as separate links, so it’s clear on which pages the errors are occurring, and it’s possible for us to test on a sandbox site.

Also share a copy of your site’s System Status Report while only WooCommerce and Storefront are active. You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Paste the result here in your reply.

Hi,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

Sorry for the late reply
The problem was with the woocommerce plugin itself, so I deleted it and re-installed it again and everything worked correctly now.

Awesome! Thanks for letting us know.

Please feel free to open a new thread if you have any other questions.
