Facebook missing Order Received ID for Conversions

    Dear Alek,

    Could you please support me in this case:

    We have multiple conversion ads on Facebook and purchases on the website, however in our facebook ad manager no conversion is shown or present.

    Please see this screenshot, via Chrome Pixel Helper shows add to cart, button click, page view, checkout initiated, but on the Thank you/Order Received we only see ‘page view’. However for multiple successful conversions nothing is shown in the ad manager:
