Apologies that you are facing issues while trying to upload the product using Product Lister for eBay. The error, as evident from your reply above, usually happens when we are unable to pick up the correct shipping template on the basis of weight. When you create a template in our plugin, you have to assign it to a product weight range. Doing so will give you flexibility of assigning shipping based on the product weight rather using one single shipping policy for all your products. Thus, please ensure that the product has correct weight and the weight range is defined in the template and the product which you are trying to upload lies in the defined template weight range.

I did what you asked me to and assigned the product weight and it lies in the weight range defined in the shipping template and then I tried to upload the product. This time, I am getting the error ‘Shipping service xxxx is not available’. Please advise what to do.

Apologies that you are facing issues while using Product lister for eBay. Shipping service is not available usually means that the type of Shipping you have selected i.e., flat or calculated is not supported by the shipping carrier which you have selected. While selecting a shipping carrier, in the shipping templates, you’ll see Flat or Calculated written in front of them in the brackets. This denotes what shipping type they support. Make sure that the shipping type you have selected resembles the one in the brackets alongside each shipping carrier.
