Can’t access my site or Dashboard

  • Hi everyone,

    I was trying out some different themes and something went wrong as now I can’t access the site or the dashboard. My site is https://www.sligoscenes.com

    I’m sure this happened because a theme was either installed or uninstalled incorrectly.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and rename the current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes.

    Thanks for the quick reply esmi. I don’t know how to FTP into my site. I am slightly confused, the site is hosted by a local company do I need to contact them directly?

    If you can’t use FTP, then you could try contacting your hosts and ask for their assistance.
