Plugin works well in test environment, then moved to live site and receive “Internal Service Error” after woocommerce payment has been made successful.
It’s definitely a conflict with another plugin that I have installed that uses woocommerce.

Do you have any insights you can give me on what might be causing this?

  • Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

As it seems that the issue is with the third-party plugin or maybe with the theme also.

So you can run a test by deactivating a theme as well as a third party plugin one by one you will find the culprit plugin,

Yes it’s another third party plugin that conflicts with your third party plugin. Unfortunately I have to disable yours, as the other woocommerce related plugin has priority of functionality over yours.

I wanted to ask if there was a hint of where I could be looking to see where the conflict might actually be within your software that might cause this conflict and “internal server error” to appear.

    Hello,

There may be some conflicts in the code. So you need to debug the code for finding the conflicts. You can also contact to MakeWebBetter support.

    Regards,
