    Hi there,
I’ve linked my Woocommerce with Facebook, the catalogue seems connected but when I try to simply share one of my products on FB the product image shown is wrong.

Try with this one for example: https://marcocantini.com/prodotto/ivory-italian-heart/ , if you share it on fb the product shown is different.

I’ve already tried to disable W3 Cache, delete the Woocommerce cache, extend the php time limit to 1200 and to force the resync but nothing changed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @phex,

    This sounds quite frustrating!

I’ve already tried to disable W3 Cache, delete the Woocommerce cache, extend the php time limit to 1200 and to force the resync but nothing changed.

Thank you for being proactive! Caching would be my first guess as to why this is occurring.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This kind of problem could also be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how this goes!
